Pricing FAQs

Are there any setup fees?

For Cloud PBX plans, the one-time activation fee is RM300 which includes remote setup and a training session. On-site setup is available at an additional service charge. SIP Trunking installation starts from RM100 within Klang Valley, Penang, and Johor.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and online payments. Business customers can arrange monthly billing with credit terms subject to approval.

Is there a minimum contract period?

Yes — minimum subscription is 12 months with advance payment. This ensures stable service pricing and allows us to provide the highest quality support.

What happens after 12 months?

Your plan automatically renews on the same terms. You can upgrade, downgrade, or add extensions at any time. Contact us to discuss your options.

Are call rates to mobile and fixed lines different?

Yes, mobile rates are slightly higher than fixed line rates. All outbound calls are billed on a prepaid basis. Malaysia local and mobile calls are as low as RM0.08/min.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes! Number porting is available for most Malaysian phone numbers. Our team will guide you through the porting process at no extra charge.

What is included in the monthly price?

All features, software updates, maintenance, and standard support are included. Additional costs only apply for outbound calls beyond your plan's included minutes, add-on features, or extra DID numbers.
